Due to a personal connection with a Kymanox team member, Kymanox has been a long-time supporter of Bowl Away CF, bringing awareness to a life-threatening genetic disease that affects 30,000 adults and children in the United States and 70,000 people worldwide. Fifty years ago, most children with Cystic Fibrosis did not live long enough to attend elementary school. Today, the median predicted age of survival is 37 years old. The longer life expectancy has been made possible by donations that develop cystic fibrosis drugs and treatments.
Bowl Away CF was founded in 2011 to raise money & awareness of cystic fibrosis.

In an effort to shine light on the issues of diversity, inclusivity and equity in our industry and the community as a whole, Kymanox is a proud sponsor of the current season of the Justice Theater Project!
The mission of The Justice Theater Project is to produce compelling theater experiences that create community dialogue and give voice to social concerns.
SEPTEMBER
Kymanox understands community health begins with taking care of our children. Each fall, we hold a food drive and volunteer with BackPack Buddies, a program designed to provide children from low-income households with 10-12 pounds of nutritious kid friendly groceries for the weekend when free school lunches and breakfasts are not provided. The Inter-Faith Food Shuttle works with each school system and individual schools to identify need. School officials at each site then identify students to receive BackPack Buddies.
OCTOBER
The healthcare heroes at Pretty In Pink Foundation serve North Carolinians diagnosed with breast cancer who are under-insured or uninsured. To make managing breast cancer a little easier, Pretty In Pink Foundation helps ensure that quality, life-saving medical treatment (surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy) is available to breast cancer patients residing in North Carolina.
